Here is a new link added, to the Great Wakering Rovers Football Club The site has just been opened and is well worth a visit.
Although this site originated as a direct result of the
Barling Magna School Reunion of 2000, the need to widen it's coverage began to
occur. As a result on the 5 November 2000, the first attempt at a more general
approach with other villages incorporated has been commenced. It can be assumed as more information is provided the site
will have to be rearranged again to ensure as much as possible is covered. No
particular limits are in place as to what should or should not be included have
been considered. As an example, the dates that are spanned. Currently it is the
school days of those 45 years and above, plus up to date photos related. Personal pages have also been added, and the location of these
can be found on the Address Page. So far these Pages have been limited to those
of us who now live in far away places, but this does not have to remain so
limited. You can send your pictures and stories either to Peter
Griffiths. or directly to myself. The advantage of
Peter in the UK being he can scan to send copies of original pictures and
documents, if you do not have the facilities yourself. You will find our contact
details in the Address
Page, or just click on our name above and your Mailer will
open.
